The Capitol Kagero club was chartered to: (1) promote interest and active participation in the game of golf; (2) conduct tournaments within the group; and (3) cooperate with other groups in furthering tournament competition in accordance with the Bylaws of the Northern California Golf Association (hereafter referred to as NCGA).
The Capitol Kagero home course is Bing Maloney in Sacramento, California. Club events are held all over Northern and Central California. Golfers interested in joining the club are invited to contact one of the club officers below. Golfers with an existing handicap, or sufficient saved score cards to get a handicap, who wish to play more golf with a great bunch of people are encouraged to make contact.
